Thank you, Kansas City, for your continued support, encouragement, and belief in what we do.
Closing Chingu was one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever had to make. While that chapter came to an end, our passion for food, hospitality, and community never did. We knew we wanted to find new ways to keep cooking, creating, and sharing our food with the people who have supported us from the beginning.
Today, we’re grateful to continue that journey through our residencies with Garden House .cafe and Sagebrush .rosedale via . These partnerships have allowed us to keep doing what we love while connecting with so many familiar and new faces.
Most importantly, thank you to our team. Their hard work, creativity, and dedication make every service possible. And thank you to KeeYoung Kim for continuing to lead with passion, heart, and a commitment to sharing great food with our city.
