It’s that time…We are rolling out our Thanksgiving Pre-Order Menu! 🦃🧡🦃💛🦃🧡🦃💛🦃

After last years mountain of orders we figured we’d let you all check these pre-orders off your list early! ✅ The feedback we received was - we have the best smoked turkey 🦃 and pies 🥧 anyone has ever had 🥳 And if that’s not enough- check out all our sides, hand milled applesauce (mom’s recipe!) cinnamon rolls, hand crafted spirits, pastries, casseroles, pot pies, and you can’t forget Cindy O'Neill Cobb famous Turkey Cookies! 🦃 The list goes on! We’ve even included our Smokeshow Chili because chili around Thanksgiving is a pro move 😎

⭐️We are your 1 Stop Shop for all your scratch made and smoked Thanksgiving wants and needs!

📣And if it’s just you or a few of you - take a look at our Thanksgiving platter for 1 - a full Thanksgiving meal with all the bells and whistles ready to reheat in a foil pan. These were a huge hit last year so we are bringing them back!

📣Pick ups will be Tuesday 11/24 and Wednesday 11/25. All pre-orders should be submitted by Sunday night 11/22. We can make other pick up dates work - just schedule accordingly on our website. We have both the weekend before and after Thanksgiving available for pickups as well for those earlier and later celebrations 🥳

It’s the perfect Fall day today 🍁and you know what that means…It’s SMOKESHOW CHILI TIME! ❤️🧡💛🤎 Our Best in KC nominated Chili is here! Our low and slow smoked brisket, ground beef 🥩 red and black beans 🫘 our house made au jus, and a few other special ingredients 🤫 Topped with a couple of our tender and juicy smoked burnt ends! Served with 2 scratch baked cornbread muffins - you are not going to want to miss this!

We’ve got some new items added to our menu that we think you all will love!

🌙Harvest Moon - the first Vegetarian Sandwich on our menu is packed with flavor, a little heat and is oh so delicious! Avocado, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, onion, house seasoning, feta cheese, roasted red pepper relish, chipotle mayo, vinegar & oil on toasted multigrain bread

🦃 Carolina Bird - our smoked turkey is too good not to have a signature sandwich - so here we toss it in our au jus and top it with our Carolina style slaw and BBQ sauce. Served on buttered brioche toast

🍔 Shakedown Sliders - a trio of 3 of our standout sliders - Smoked Chicken Salad, Pulled Pork Carolina, and our Burnt End sliders join together for the perfect appetizer

🐷 Go Ham, Salad! - it’s finally here…it’s time to Go Ham on our Ham Salad! Our ham is smoked in house and combined with hard boiled egg, diced onion, celery, mayonnaise and house seasoning to make the perfect dip! It is served with our house chips so you can Go Ham!

🌽 Seasoned Corn - who doesn’t love corn 🌽 and this corn is cooked and seasoned to perfection! A new side dish that has been flying out the window so come try some!

You guys… it’s rooftop season and we couldn’t be more excited! Our rooftop is open everyday and night Tuesday thru Sunday! So come grab some food, coffee, bevs or dessert - heck have a little bit of everything and enjoy the midtown views from our rooftop oasis on 39th street 💙🥂🌙🤩☀️🌇💫✨🌃

It’s our fearless leaders birthday today 🥳 Happy birthday to our very own Joe Zahner! If you all knew the amount of grind this guy has in him, you would be speechless. He works tirelessly around the clock to keep our restaurant pumping out all the incredible food that we serve day in and day out. He is also an amazing Dad to our 4 kids. He has a heart of gold 💛 and the best sense of humor😂 He’s a beast in the kitchen, the catering King 👑 and an all around nice guy to top it all off. He also hates attention like this 😅 Happy Birthday to JZ! We all owe you one for creating that Burnt End French Dip 😋💚🎶🔥🥳🎂🎈
