The Food Company Cafe & Catering is thrilled to host wine makers Tim Narby and Carol Bryant, founders of Nota Bene Cellars. Nota Bene Cellars is a boutique Seattle winery that sources grapes from some of the most prestigious vineyards in Washington State.

Tim and Carol use hands-on, time-tested techniques to craft small batches of top-quality, award-winning Washington wines. They will be presenting their wines at a Five Course Pairing Dinner on Saturday, March 26. Dinner starts at 5pm, and is $95 (not inclusive of tax and tip).

Please join me Saturday, March 26 for a four course dinner paired with Nota Bene Cellars wine. We will be joined by Tim Narby and Carol Bryant—the founders and master winemakers of Nota Bene Cellars.

They will share their passion for the unique viticulture of Washington State. The vines from which their grapes are sourced are grown on their own roots, a practice that is contrary to those in France, Italy, Germany, California, and Oregon where wine grape vines are grafted onto root stock.

For Tim & Carol, their unique practice gives Washington State an edge in discovering the true terroir of the wine grape.

Save the date! Dinner starts at 5:00 p.m.
