It was a pleasure finally meeting you in person. I just wanted to say . . . WOW!

I have been getting nothing but rave reviews from folks who were in attendance yesterday at our Hausten Opening/Blessing. Both the flavors and the presentation were absolutely appealing to both the palate and the eye. Many folks this morning are reliving both the taste and the look of the food you presented so spectacularly.

As a side note, I also was impressed by the fact that your servers were always smiling. You and all your staff had a smiling and helpful attitude.

Thank you also for your flexibility, which you afforded me, as we counted down the days before the event.
