Now that the smoke has cleared, we’ll be setting up at the Joliet Whitmore Ace Hardware 1202 Essington Rd today. Hot dogs and Italian Beef sandwiches from 12:00-4:00.

Tomorrow is National Hot Dog Day and although I don’t have an event planned on the exact day, here’s what’s happening the next few days and where you’ll find the Patti Wagon for a delicious dog or beef sandwich!! (And yes, I’ll be using my fan! 😂)

Tonight- Movie in the Square - Wicked Sing A Long. I’ll be set up downtown Joliet across from the Rialto from 5:00-9:00 pm

Friday 7/17 Minooka Village Hall - 121 E. McEvilly Rd. Serving lunch from 11:00-3:00 pm

Saturday 7/18 Ace Hardware 1202 Essington Rd. Joliet Lunch from 12:00-4:00 pm

Sunday 7/19 Bronkberry Farm in Shorewood from 9:00-3:00 pm Craft Faire with so many great local vendors and an amazing store with treats for your yard and garden!

1 year for the Patti Wagon! 🎉🎊 I started my journey July 11, 2025. Thank you everyone for all the support and for all the hot dogs and beef sandwiches you’ve eaten 😂. It’s been a great year!!

It’s been a very busy couple of days and today we rest! Just wanted to say thank you to my husband Ron, my kids Aimee and Jacob and my grandkids Mason and Myah for all of your help this weekend. I couldn’t do what I do without the help of my family. I also want to thank the Joliet Police officers that checked in with me on Friday night to make sure everything was ok, thanks to Ann Sylvester for inviting me downtown and to Marzell Richardson who stopped by a couple of times to check on me. I appreciate all of you!!

It’s going to be a FUN and BUSY weekend for the Patti Wagon! We’ll kick things off on Friday, June 26th at the Timbers in Shorewood for their Treats & Treasures Craft Faire from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. Come browse unique vendors, enjoy the festivities, and grab your favorite Patti Wagon treat.

Then we’re heading back to Joliet for the City Square Celebration on Friday night. This exciting community event will feature live music, poetry open mic performances, local artists, and an
amazing drone show lighting up the sky at 9:00 pm.

Saturday takes us to the Wildflower Farm in Monee for their Food Truck Fest from 5:30-8:30 pm. It’s the perfect way to spend a summer evening with great food , beautiful scenery, and family friendly fun!

We can’t wait to see everyone out and about supporting these wonderful local events. Stop by, say hi and enjoy a great weekend with us!

The Patti Wagon will be joining Countryside Village Outdoor Market as they kick off their market season this Saturday, June 20th from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. There will be over 65 vendors, food trucks and music. Don’t forget to take a peek inside the store too! Come hungry and ready to shop. It’s going to be a fantastic day in Braidwood.
