One of my favorite parts of what I do is taking an idea and figuring out, “How can I turn THAT into cake?!” 😄 I absolutely love the creativity, challenge, and little details that go into bringing your vision to life—and this Pokémon-themed sculpted cake was SO much fun!

And what better place to celebrate than Quantum Leap here in Johnson City?! Jumping, dodgeball, basketball, obstacles and more… followed by CAKE sounds like a pretty fantastic birthday to me! 🎉

💍🤍 Lace, cannolis & a gorgeous mountain wedding… yes please! 🤍💍

What a stunning place to say “I Do!” Sugar Hollow Retreat is truly tucked away in God’s country, and this beautiful celebration called for a cake just as special!

I loved creating this elegant four-tier wedding cake, covered in delicate lace detailing and finished with those gorgeous deep red roses. And because one dessert is never enough… I made homemade cannolis too! 😍

And inside all that pretty? FOUR delicious cake flavors: 🎂 Chocolate Bourbon Pecan
🍓 Strawberry Cheesecake
🤍 French Vanilla
🥥 Coconut

One of my favorite things about creating wedding cakes is making something that feels completely yours—from the design you see when you walk into your reception to the flavors your guests are still talking about after the last slice (and cannoli!) has disappeared.

🎂💍 They had their cake…and wore it too! 😂❤️

There’s the sweet little bite of wedding cake carefully fed to each other with a fork…and then there’s AIM FOR THE HAIR! 😂🎂

This couple knew exactly what they wanted—and a full-on cake smash was definitely part of the plan! I have a feeling they had just as much fun wearing their wedding cake as they did eating it. 🤣

Their beautiful celebration was at Divine Ridge Wedding Venue in Hampton, TN, and Rickie is always absolutely wonderful to work with! Every detail is so beautifully done, from the tablescapes to the gorgeous florals. 💐✨

I love creating wedding cakes that become part of your story.

Whether you delicately feed each other that first bite or decide your new spouse looks better covered in buttercream, it is such an honor to create something that becomes part of the memories you’ll laugh about for years to come. ❤️

🎓💙 20 Years Later… Once a Bulldog, Always a Bulldog! 💙🎓

What a fun cake to create for the Hampton High School Class of 2006 as they celebrated their 20th Class Reunion! 🎂🐾 This HUGE Bulldog cake was the perfect centerpiece for a night filled with "old" friends, laughter, stories, and plenty of “remember when…” moments!

There’s something so special about going back to the place where you spent so many of those high school years—walking the same halls, gathering in the gym, and reminiscing about the friendships and memories that helped shape who you are today. ❤️

And I especially loved this part: while the Class of 2006 was inside the gym reminiscing about the memories they made 20 years ago, the next generation was outside under the Friday night lights making memories of their own. 🏈✨

Full circle moments like that are pretty sweet… and even sweeter with a HUGE cake! 🎂

Happy 20th Reunion, Hampton High School Class of 2006! Here’s to old memories, lifelong friendships, and all the new memories still to come! 💙🐾
