One of the very first test pies. The closing of pizza shops due to the COVID-19 pandemic my partner inspired me to teach myself how to make pizza from scratch. It’s been a fun journey! Still plenty to learn, but I’ve been bit by the pizza making bug. One day Alan’s Pizza will be a reality.
