Hello everyone, we are excited to offer a Super Bowl Gumbo Special. This is a Chicken and Sausage gumbo served over dirty rice. We will also include southern style sausage balls with the orders. Additionally we are offering smoked Boudin by the link.

These are special orders, so please give us a minimum of 24 hours order time. We can deliver anywhere in the Georgetown area. Order any heat level from Kid friendly to Insane!

1/2 gallons with 10 Sausage Balls $40
1 gallon with 20 Sausage Balls $75

Link of smoked Boudin (mild or spicy) $3

We want to let everyone know how much we appreciate you helping a small business. We especially want to thank the Granary in having us at their location.

Due to the current challenges affecting everything we will be changing our business to Events, Catering and Custom orders.

This will impact our days of operations at The Granary as we will not open there on the days we are at events. We will also be leaving the Granary on Jan 1st.

We will post our events and locations. We will also come to the Granary every couple of weeks as a specialty trailer.

The Spicy Gumbo challenge is this Sunday. To offer more people the opportunity I’m going to have three different times for people to compete: 12:00, 2 and 4. The cost is $7 to enter and there will be two prizes $50 for first place and $25 for second.

The competition is simple. Everyone has two minutes to eat the 12 ounces of gumbo. If you don’t finish it in two minutes you are out. At the two minute mark the timer starts for who can go the longest.

The prizes will be awarded at 6pm.

We will have plenty of regular gumbo and our menu items, so please come see us!
