Another pair of new boots. Another opportunity.
This is exactly why we started the New Boots Project.
I recently had the opportunity to sit down with Keyshon Zanders, and I walked away impressed. He’s a young man with a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for building things with his hands. After getting to know him and meeting his family, it’s easy to see the values that shaped him.
Keyshon recently completed the Professional Welder Program at Tulsa Welding School and is trained in TIG, MIG, Stick, and Flux Core welding. He’s OSHA 10 certified, mechanically inclined, safety focused, and looking for an opportunity to grow with a company that believes in investing in good people. Keyshon Zanders Resume.docx
At the New Boots Project, our mission is simple. We put new people in new boots and new jobs. We believe there are talented young men and women who simply need someone to open a door and give them a chance.
If you’re a welding shop, fabrication company, contractor, or manufacturer looking for someone who’s eager to learn, ready to work, and wants to build a long term career, I’d love to introduce you to Keyshon.
Send me a direct message or leave a comment, and I’ll personally connect you.
Let’s keep building careers. Let’s keep building America. 🇺🇸
