I think a few of these dishes are familiar but a few may catch you off guard. Caramelle is a stuffed pasta very similar to agnolotti but it has a candy wrapper shape. Very fun and easy to enjoy. Clafoutis is a decadent French pastry from the Limousine region of France. This dessert features fresh fruit and a custardy filling. Chef Bryan is in his bag & we’re really gonna blow the doors off of this one. We look forward to serving you!

Farm to Table 2026!!

We’re excited to announce our 2026 Farm to Table Series with Rock River Farm! What can you expect this year? Handmade pasta, a few Szechuan favorites including ramen and dumplings, and most likely some Texas style BBQ just to name a few. We’re digging deep into our skill set for this season in an effort to deliver another series that is sure to leave you craving more. The tone will be set by farm fresh local ingredients courtesy of the amazing farmers and producers from the Marquette Farmer’s Market. Our cuisine continues to be centered around putting the local spotlight on the accessibility and freshness of our friends in the fields who work hard so you can taste a little of the summer. Your lovely dinner experience includes a five-course plated meal, a tour of the farm, and a beverage pairing. 🔥 BBQ POP-UP 🔥

What up Moonlight family? We’re just dropping in to tip you off to our next BBQ pop-up! We’re running it back with our classic Texas style brisket. But we’re also going to bring out those sweet and savory pork belly burnt ends that we showcased on Upper Michigan Today. This personal favorite of mine is dusted with our house BBQ seasoning. Confited in its own juices as it caramelizes on our wood fired BBQ. Then glazed with our house strawberry jam which is made with Copper Country berries from Niemela Family Growers. We’ve also engineered a way to serve you our amazing cheesecake which is made with real vanilla bean and topped with a raspberry & lemon coulis. You’re not gonna wanna miss this one! 🐣 Easter BBQ Pop-up 🐣

We’re announcing some big changes to our BBQ options! On Easter Sunday (4/5/2026) we’re rolling out the red carpet. Now when you place your BBQ order you get to choose what you like best. All of our meals will have a choice of protein, a choice of sides and of course we will include dessert. We’re also feeling the squeeze of how expensive things are getting so to show you how much we appreciate your patronage we will now be including a smoked sausage link in each meal as a thank you. 🔥BBQ Brisket March 22nd🔥

Gravedoni’s in Negaunee

You know we gotta run that prime grade brisket one more time. The marbling on those cuts was insane. We’re pairing it up with a French classic in green beans almondine. Which is basically roasted green beans with butter, almonds, and lemon juice. Simple but very declious. Mustard potato salad is a southern staple. The acidity of the added mustard cuts through the creaminess of the mayonaise and is a tangy relief from a savory brisket. Then we’re finishing it off with some almond shortbread in the classic pistachio pudding like Aunt Mary used to make.

🚨Pop-up alert🚨

What: Delicious BBQ of course

We are fired up for this one.. We’re going to be roasting some pork shoulder in our wood fired BBQ. Then load up a couple warm tortillas with pulled pork, cotija cheese, cilantro crema, and pickled red onion. If you’ve never had a fresh tortilla with a blend of heirloom corn masa and flour you’re in for a treat. Tacos will be accompanied by a black bean salad (because vegetables) and some fried plantains. The dessert with be a traditional tres leches cake with a blueberry & lemon compote. Friendly reminder that orders are exclusively online.
