> We’re not your average ice cream truck. We’re the Mediterranean dessert truck that specializes in exotic sweets, gourmet coffee, and rich varieties of teas, all served from our iconic bright yellow converted school bus in Santa Ana.

Our ice cream menu is inspired by Persian flavors you won’t find anywhere else: Saffron Rosewater with Pistachios, Orange Blossom with Pistachios, Turkish Coffee, French Lavender, Alfonso Mango, plus Vegan Saffron Rosewater and Pomegranate Sorbet. We also do Ice Cream Floats like Chocolate Glacé and Coffee Glacé, Specialty Coffee like Honey Oat Lavender Latte, Turmeric Ginger Chai Latte, Assorted Hot & Iced Teas, and Hot Chocolate crafted with real chocolate sauce.
> Craving a bite? Try our Vegan / Gluten-free Mini Cookies, Housemade Chocolate Chip Cookies, Baklavas in Pistachio or Walnut, and Persian Almond cookies made with almond flour.
