Just stumbled upon a meal idea that is YUMMY AND EASY! It calls for 1 can of soup (like Progresso Light), veggies, cheese & BowTie Pasta. Saute veggies (such as chopped onions and sliced mush) in skillet. Add soup & bring to a boil. Add pasta (1/2 c) and let simmer on medium until pasta is cooked. Add baby leaf spinach (2 c). Let cook one minute or until spinach is almost wilted. Remove from heat &top with mozz chz!
