The fact that you choose to spend part of your day standing in a line for something I made will never not be completely insane to me.

The streets were full, the city was buzzing, and this is exactly why we love being part of Saturdays downtown. So many people, so much energy, and a whole lot of cookies making their way through the crowd. 🍪

A small change that made a HUGE difference. 😍

After a year of South Carolina heat, my original sign had officially turned… orange. 😂 I didn’t even realize just how orange until the new one went up.

Same À La Mode. Same little cottage. Just fresh, lighter, and looking like she belongs on Scout again. 🤎

But mostly, this is an appreciation post for the people you meet while building a business who specialize in all the things you don’t.

I can dream something up all day long—but finding people who understand the vision and know how to actually bring it to life is everything.

Betsy Jane Studio is one of those people. Nearly everything you see on Scout—from the little details to the things that make her feel like her—has come from Betsy Jane Studio .

So if you need something custom made, use her. I cannot recommend her enough.

Thank you, Scarlet, for continuing to make all the things I picture in my head actually exist. 🤎

Sorry, I can’t hear you… I’m kind of busy. 🤭🍪

The last four weeks have looked a little different around here. While I’ve been quiet, I’ve been rolling, filling, and freezing over 5,000 cookies to get ready for some huge events coming up.

And the funniest part? These are only 4 of the freezers… there are 2 more that didn’t even make it into the video. 😅

It’s almost go time, and I can’t wait for y’all to see what’s coming. See you this weekend Soda City
