Everyone keeps asking me, “what’s going on with university and the mall?”

Okay… here’s the tea ☕️

I met with the new leadership, and the University of Iowa is stepping in with real vision for the Old Capitol Mall.
They want it to feel alive again. Organized. Intentional. A place you actually want to come hang out, study, shop, and be part of.

And honestly? It already feels different.

I’m honored to be part of the conversations and I can’t wait to watch this unfold.

honestly? iconic.

I love it here ❤️ One of the competitors said they were “thrilled” to be going to a rural town and had low expectations. But he said he is really impressed and actually considering attending Iowa. He said the Voxman is amazing and we’re lucky to have it.
