We only have 3 live lobsters that are unspoken for at the moment. Call early today to reserve... If you miss out DO NOT despair! You can order yours for next week OR you can simply enjoy one of epicurean pastas, Icelandic Cod Fish n Chips, Quail and whatever else our Chef's decide to create before dinner time!

By patron's popular demand Cactus & Flame has a limited amount of live lobsters coming in again today!

Call ahead early to reserve yours - last week we sold out within a couple hours of receiving.

If you're too slow and miss out on the lobsters our Chef's can alternatively satisfy your gourmet urges with their flavorful Quail (stuffed with sweet and savory sausage) ...

OR if time permits, you elegant diner's may enjoy Braised bone-in Duck Leg &
Thigh .... you need not ask, it will be braised with real duck fat!

Enjoy our new Lunch Combos at our cozy restaurant OR click TECHGRID PICKUP on the website and we will deliver to you at Cactus & Flame's THE HUB ...at 217 W Inyokern Rd.

Avoid waisting your lunch time in long lines and city traffic lights!!

Lunch pick up at "THE HUB" is particularly convenient for all base folks!!

This Friday, Cactus & Flame is bringing in a limited number of live whole Maine Lobsters to quench the appetite of the local elegant patrons....

For those who care to enjoy we ask that you call ahead and reserve your lobster in advance.
