Hello! We are open! Just a little bit late today because the roads in Ithaca required some caution for staff getting into work! We will be open today 2:30-9 & tomorrow Wednesday 1230 to 7:30. Closed Thursday and then open again regular hours for the weekend Friday to Sunday 12:30 to 9! Bring in your family and friends for all of your favorites, including our holiday flavors: Peppermint Candy, White Russian, Sugar Cookie & Ginger Snap! The shops are open & there are some fun things happening in the cafe space! Hope to see you! Interlaken will keep our regular hours Friday to Sunday 12 to 5. But this will be our last weekend there for a bit! We will take a pause for the whole month of January unless we are blessed with unseasonably nice weather in which case we may rally. Things are pretty sleepy in that neighborhood these days! Ithaca will remain open six days throughout January and our Seneca County friends are welcome to email us in the close down time if you really need pints/quarts or an ice cream date!We’ll still be working; just not holding regular shop hours.

We're here at 🍓Strawberry Fest🍓 in our neighborhood in Ovid! That's our bestselling Seneca Salt Caramel with a backdrop of the South Seneca marching band finishing up the parade! Seneca Salt Caramel is made with cooking salts from under Seneca Lake. Interlaken = between two lakes! We have our Strawberry Cheesecake & Strawberry here too of course. Come get some! We are going to try to mow the pond/jungle/marsh (SO much rain!!!) & we are ready for you with Red White & Blueberry & so many of your favorite homemade flavors + our Soft Serve Custard, homemade waffle cones & our full food menu. Which one is your favorite? I love the deep purple. In the dipping cabinets we have Busy Bee Stinger, Chocolate Chip, Cookies & Cream, Maple Walnut, Red Raspberry, Coconut & of course all of your favorites that are always here: Mocha Chocolate Chunk, Mint Chocolate Chunk, Seneca Salt Caramel, Purple Cow, Pistachio & the tried and true Vanilla Bean and Chocolate (the real stuff made with melted down 60% cacao chocolate & real cocoa powder even amidst the tides of the T word). Hope to see you between the drops! ☔
