Spice Route fans!!!
While we have been quiet for a couple of months (SORRY) now, we have not been silent! Things have been cooking!!

In March of this year, we were offered a wonderful opportunity to acquire the food and beverage program at Eats at the Beach.

This opportunity presented itself at JUST the right time, as things were slowing down in "food truck world" and we were wondering just how we could keep our wonderful food truck working during the slow season in FM.

Dan and I had gone to FMB on a much deserved day off - a Monday to be exact - after a very grueling, long, terribly slow business weekend at the Seminole Rodeo.

We knew we had to pivot our business, just didn't know which direction to go. So I suggested we go have a frozen cocktail (of course!) outside of the Lani Kai on the beach and we would be led to possibly a clear decision, most likely stepping away after a day away from our truck. What landed in our lap, and life, was the most awesome opportunity we could have been given as small business owners.

The Spice Route at Eats at the Beach was in business in less than 48 hours after that sunny day in March, and Dan and I partnered with a wonderful watersport business and Dan's doing what he does best, slinging killer food and working in the sand! LOL

On May 25th Spice Route at Eats at the Beach is doing their first Luau and we'd love to see you there!

So FORT MYERS! Come out Memorial Day weekend and eat up!
We cannot wait to see you there and we promise, more updates, more pictures and more good food!!
