We hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable **Labor Day weekend!** We’re rested, ready, and excited to get back to baking this morning!

This week, I’m putting the spotlight on one bagel I really want to perfect: **PUMPKIN PIE!** 🎃

We’re going to make **Pumpkin Pie Bagels every single day this week — Tuesday through Saturday.** The only way to get a recipe exactly where I want it is to make it over and over again, tweak the formula, learn from each batch, and keep going until we have the **perfect Pumpkin Pie Bagel.**

And don’t worry — Pumpkin Pie won’t be the only specialty! Each night, I’ll announce an **additional specialty bagel for the following morning.**

Our French Toast Bagel is made with **organic maple syrup, cinnamon, and egg** for that warm French-toast flavor baked right into the bagel.

Yesterday’s Pumpkin Pie Bagels were a HUGE hit, and we had a lot of people asking if we could make them again for Saturday morning — so we made a **jumbo batch** today!
