After last week's incredible Grand Opening celebration for Hemby Hoagies and our combined 2.5-year Grand Reopening for BagelGram NC, I'm feeling energized, inspired, and more excited than ever to keep creating and sharing my love for the round bread that got us here.

We kick things off on Tuesday with our new **Garlic Parmesan Bagel** — buttery, savory, salty, and packed with rich roasted garlic flavor. If you love garlic bread, you're going to want to give this one a try.

This week, we're taking a break from our usual lineup and having some fun in the kitchen. We're testing several new bagel flavors that I've been dreaming about for quite a while. Some are inspired by bagel shops I've admired over the years, while others are throwbacks to recipes and ideas I experimented with before I had the experience I do today. Now that I have a few more tricks up my sleeve, it's time to revisit those ideas and see if I can perfect them enough to earn a spot in our monthly rotation.

We're also focusing on bringing a variety of berry-inspired cream cheeses to the shop all summer long. Last week we featured Fresh Blueberry Cream Cheese, and the week before that we offered Chocolate Cherry Cream Cheese. Both were a huge hit, and many of you asked us to keep experimenting with fruity flavors. Sounds like a great idea to me!
