Mental health is a very important, but often overlooked area for many people. It wasn’t until several years ago, when I lost both my parents within 5 months of each other, that I would become aware of how critical a mental health counselor could be. I was devastated and torn apart with grief. So with that said, never be afraid to reach out to a counselor for whatever you may be going through. It’s ok…❤️‍🩹 it doesn’t make you a weak person. Today I wanted to give back…I made this bouquet to give to my mental health counselor…just to say thank you! ❤️
