A blush leather-upholstered door creates a discreet passage between an elegant butler’s pantry and the formal dining room.

Concealed within the dining room’s paneling, the door disappears into the architecture. It’s a bespoke detail that feels both whimsical and sophisticated, and one we loved bringing to life!

French doors, porthole windows, and arched passageways were all thoughtfully selected months before we ever broke ground, and now we’re beginning to see everything take shape.

Framing is an early milestone, but it’s when everything starts to feel real. Clients can walk through their home and experience the scale of each room, look out the windows, and begin to understand how they’ll live in the spaces they’ve spent months imagining.

What you see when you look out a window matters. 🌿

The most successful homes feel connected to their surroundings. Thoughtful landscaping considers every view, so gardens can be enjoyed from inside the home just as much as outdoors.

Built-in shelves and cabinetry are thoughtfully designed long before construction begins. 🤍

Early in the process, we have detailed conversations with our clients about how they live, what they plan to store, and how they want each space to function. Whether it’s drinkware, books, treasured collections, or everyday essentials, every shelf, cabinet, and drawer is designed with purpose in mind.

The first signs of Fall are in the air! 🍁

Football season has officially begun and the time has come to make the most of outdoor living. Dinners in the garden, movie nights in the pool house, a cocktail at sunset… these are the experiences we think about when we build a home. Creating a setting for families to come together and make memories is one of the most rewarding parts of building homes.

A look at a few of the special spaces we brought to life alongside the talented team at BAILEY VERMILLION INTERIORS. We especially love the moody lounge and the colorful game room floor. It’s a home designed for bringing friends and family together. ✨

Custom homes are rewarding because they’re never cookie‑cutter. Each one is a new challenge. The process is long, and the payoff is huge because we’re creating something completely unique. It’s a wonderful feeling to create the place where a family is going to live their lives and grow together. And to know there’s nowhere else in the world like it.

The most rewarding part of building a custom home is seeing the vision become something the client can finally walk through and touch.

They spend so longimagining how their new home will feel, and eventually there comes a day when they can step inside, see the scale, feel the materials, and experience the spaces we’ve all been working toward. And that magic never get’s old.

Our work goes far beyond construction. We partner closely with the architect and designer to develop custom millwork, architectural details, and finalize the selections that make a home truly functional for our clients. This study is a great example of that collaboration.

The client wanted a quiet reading space that could double as an office, so we built a custom desk with a mix of open shelving and closed cabinetry to showcase her books while hiding everyday essentials.

Even with just two chairs, the room feels fully furnished because the millwork does the heavy lifting — the cabinetry gives the space its structure, warmth, and serves all the needs of the client.
