Thoughtful materials softened the volume in this great room. 🤍

Timber‑oak beams, plaster walls, and white‑oak floors, were all beautifully specified by Lauren Haskett Design. We also installed custom white‑oak window surrounds to bring warmth and architectural depth, as well as automatic sheer drapes that filter light throughout the day and create a gentle sense of privacy at night.

Thoughtful materials softened the volume in this great room. 🤍

Timber‑oak beams, plaster walls, and white‑oak floors, were all beautifully specified by Lauren Haskett Design. When we see images of beautiful homes, we tend to focus on how they look — but so much of designing a custom home is about how it feels. We designed this home to be filled with natural light and to have gorgeous views of the gardens. It’s not always easy to convey the feeling of a space through photography, but Jack Thompson captured the light in this home beautifully. 😌

So excited to share finished images of this beautiful kitchen. We love the mix of materials here. Limestone floors, wood beams, handmade zellige tile, plastered walls and marble countertops. Everything feels luxurious, but comfortable and inviting. Perfect for a young family. 🩵
