We have a lot of changes and things to take care of at home currently and that has led me to the decision to pause the bakery for a long while.

Good morning ! I woke up to start my bake day to a bakers worst fear, my oven was not working !
Thankfully my husband figured it out and all is well!
Unfortunately being hours behind my schedule I have decided to move this weeks drop to tomorrow morning! Good treats are simply never rushed!
This just means the bread will sleep a little longer and have a touch more fermenting than usual, which is actually even better for YOU!
Thank you for your patience and understanding!

So, you bought a baguette and fought the urge to tear right into it with your bare hands. Bravo, you’re strong!
Here’s a fun way to deck them out!

Caramelize onions
Slice baguette, drizzle with olive oil and toast
Remove from oven
Sprinkle with feta cheese, add a small amount of caramelized onions then drizzle hot honey on the top!
