Tomorrow is the day, come see us at . Doors open at 3pm, food starts at 4pm. We can seat 80 people at a time, and will be running a wait list. If you’d like to guarantee first dibs on barbecue or patio seating, we suggest coming even earlier to hang at to grab some drinks and maybe an app. Doors for open at 11:30am. First time our food’s been available in MN in over a year and a half! We couldn’t be more excited to see y’all tomorrow!

Menu is absolutely stacked with a la carte barbecue today! Pork Belly Ribs are back, along with Spare Ribs and Tips. And we have all the Wagyu, Cheeks, Ribs, and Clod. Many guests have been inquiring what Clod is. Clod is from the shoulder, and is as old school as it gets with Texas barbecue. Sliced or chopped, it’s great choice for a sando or platter. Rain or shine, it’s a great day for a Smoked Burger 🍔. Although not pictured in the post, we’re mixing things up a bit today as well with a new option for the build. Smoked and Seared House Ground Burger, topped with Mayo, Sharp White American, Oak-Coal Caramelized Red Onions, and Mustard Pickled Jalapeños on our signature Tallow Toasted Seasame Seed Potato Bun. Calling it the “Spicy White”, come give it a try🔥. Also have tons of Chopped Pork and a limited number of Wagyu Beef Ribs to round out the menu. We open at 4pm at . We’ll see you soon 🍻
