A week of dining out and hotel living had me itching to get back into my own kitchen, tonight was fitting for a seafood piccata, even the kids mowed it down!!

Day two of spoiling my mom....she called her husband and said she’s not returning back home, 🤣 Mesquite smoked king crab, cajun mashed taters, French bread to soak up all the clarified butter drippings, and corn steeped in cajun boil. This was a test run for what will likely be our Christmas dinner this year, with some additional sides.
