Don’t forget that we are delivering bulk chili from Texas Red to your house if you get a half gallon or more chili for just the cost of my gas. Or, you can pick it up at my house if you live near Barker Cypress and Clay rd.
We have mild, medium spice and very hot chili. Also we make a great Chicken Green Chili that has a little kick too it.

Well, this is one of the hardest days of my life. I feel like I’m losing one of my children. For the last 3 years I have poured my heart and soul into Texas Red food trailer and after business today, it’s coming to an end!
I would like to thank everyone that has come up to my window! These pictures capture some of those moments. Because of y’all it made all the hard work worth it!
I would like to send a special thanks to both of my boys, Diego and Jakie, for their hard work on the trailer as well.
This doesn’t mean the end of Texas Red. I will still be selling chili by the bulk out of my house or deliver it for a small fee. Just call 713-447-0096.
So, for now, after closing, I bid you a farewell and, I hope you felt the burn!
