Tomorrow, the JROTC cadets will be out at the Beach Cleanup, working hard to make a difference. And when it’s time to recharge, they’ll be fueled by something special — Mac City Eats! 🧀🍴

Jacob is bringing out his first large trays of Classic Mac N Cheese, introducing his fellow cadets to the comfort food that started his business.

This is more than just mac & cheese — it’s passion, dedication, and the beginning of a brand built by a young entrepreneur with big dreams. 🚀

Tried a new mac & cheese bake with Jacob tonight—sharp cheddar, Colby Jack, aged Parmesan, and sliced all-beef hot dogs, topped with panko and cheese. Tasty, but the Parmesan didn’t quite mesh with the sharp cheddar. Still a fun and cheesy experiment!
