I have stayed quiet for a few days on this matter, but it’s really grieving my spirit and I can’t stay silent anymore. Matter of fact, the Holy Spirit told me staying silent equals agreement with the actions of the people involved in the foolish wickedness.
So here goes…
If you were not impacted at all by the recent storm, please for the love of God and for the sake of those who were actually effected and less fortunate, please stop applying for those resources that’s available for them.
Sure, I know the temptation of “free money” or a “quick come up” is strong. But truth be told that money isn’t free, it’s actually tied to a costly spiritual bo***ge that you can’t afford. That quick come up is tied to an even quicker downfall.
Trust me, I’m speaking from experience! I was deceived into the trap of plotting, scheming, scamming and lying for the sake of quick, free money, but in the long run I was no better off than what I started off. Matter of fact, I was still robbing Peter to pay Paul, still had more month than money, still in debt, still in poverty mentally and physically (don’t let that go over your head), and still down, never “came up”.
I said all this to say, if you have to lie to get or keep it, it ain’t for you honey. Coming up honestly might seem harder, but it’s so much more rewarding LONG TERM.
— Proverbs 20:17 Food gained by fraud is sweet to a man, but afterward his mouth is full of gravel.
— Proverbs 10:2-3 Treasures gained dishonestly profit no one, but righteousness rescues from death. The LORD will not allow a righteous person to starve, but he intentionally ignores the desires of a wicked person.
— Proverbs 16:8 Better to have little, with godliness, than to be rich and dishonest.
