First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude for the past two years we’ve been running Takos La Gorda. It’s been an incredible journey, filled with both highs and lows, but overall, it’s been a truly enjoyable experience. However, I regret to inform you that due to some unforeseen life events, we have made the difficult decision to close down the food truck.
We want to extend our deepest appreciation to each and every one of you who have supported us throughout our journey. Your unwavering presence and encouragement have meant the world to us. We will certainly miss the laughter, the conversations, and the memories we’ve created together.
As life continues to evolve, we must prioritize the well-being of our families. While this decision is not easy, we believe it’s the best course of action for us at this time. We hope that you understand and support our decision.
