Great missions move forward because people choose to lead with integrity, teamwork, empathy, and a commitment to helping others succeed.

This Labor Day, we recognize the individuals who make that choice every day: creating opportunities, developing future leaders, and inspiring those around them to keep growing.

That's the kind of work that leaves a legacy.

Happy Labor Day, from Ascential Restaurant Group!

After 11 consecutive years at the top, Chick-fil-A has been surpassed in the American Customer Satisfaction Index.

The new leader? Jersey Mike's.

Earning the highest customer satisfaction score of 2026 is more than a milestone: it's a reflection of what happens when quality, consistency, and the guest experience remain the priority every single day.

Customers recognized Jersey Mike's for its freshness, variety, and value while the brand continued to grow, adding 238 new locations and surpassing $4.2 billion in sales.

Recognition like this is earned through the daily commitment of franchisees, leaders, and restaurant teams who protect the standard behind every guest experience.

That's one of the many reasons Ascential Restaurant Group is proud to partner with a brand whose success is built on people, operational excellence, and a culture that never stops raising the bar.

The American story has always been one of opportunity.
The opportunity to dream bigger.
To work harder.
To build something meaningful.
To create a better future than yesterday.

Those same opportunities inspire every journey we support.

This Fourth of July, we celebrate the freedoms that empower people to lead, grow, and pursue their full potential; and the teams who help make those journeys possible every day.

Here's to the people who continue lifting others higher.

Happy Independence Day from Ascential Restaurant Group 🇺🇸

Before we learned about leadership, teamwork, or accountability, many of us learned those lessons from a father or father figure.

Through their example, we learned the value of showing up, working hard, doing the right thing, and helping others reach their potential.

Those lessons continue to shape the way we lead, support our teams, and pursue every mission today. They are also the foundation of the values that guide the journey at Ascential.

This Father’s Day, we celebrate the fathers, father figures, and mentors whose influence continues to guide the next generation.

Thank you for the example you set, the opportunities you create, and the legacy you continue to build.

During the Houston Area Meeting held on May 7, Ryan was recognized by the Jersey Mike’s corporate team as one of the top General Managers in the market and awarded the exclusive “Continuing the Tradition” Challenge Coin.

This recognition isn’t handed out for simply running a good shift. It’s earned through the daily discipline of protecting standards, driving strong financial and operational performance, developing people, and building a restaurant culture that teams want to be part of.

The best operators know how to do both: deliver results and elevate people while doing it.

That’s what this recognition represents.
Ryan’s leadership continues to create momentum inside the restaurant by building consistency, accountability, and a team committed to raising the standard every day.

A huge accomplishment and a well-earned recognition. 🚀

The best leaders don’t hover at the top, they’re right there in the action.

Training, supporting, listening, stepping in when it matters most.
At Ascential, leadership is about direction, not distance. It’s how we grow talent, build trust, and turn everyday moments into launchpads for growth.
