When a rescuer found this dog injured on the street, a neighbor told her his family had moved away without him — then he was hit by a car. She immediately got him to safety and started him on a long recovery journey.
Little by little, Muffin Man began putting weight on his healing leg and settling into life as a very spoiled foster dog. He would have lasting effects from the accident, but that didn’t stop him from loving his new life — or everyone around him.
For a while, Muffin Man's rescuers couldn’t understand why he hadn’t received a single adoption application. Then, finally, his forever family arrived. He was adopted and now has a safe home of his own, where he can keep doing what he does best: loving and being loved.
