We teamed up with Texas barbecue legend and New York Times bestselling cookbook author Arnie Segovia of ArnieTex for a four-day celebration packed with big Texas flavor. Dig into Chicharrón de Puerco, Quesadillas de Barbacoa, the Cachetada Taco and Carne Asada “Laguna Madre Style,” featuring Goodstock by Nolan Ryan outside skirt steak.
