To say the least, changed my life. While sitting at the waters edge in had this amazing dish. The feta was fried in phyllo dough topped with honey and balsamic and at that bite I knew I’d be obsessed with this as a dish idea. Here was my first crack at fried feta dish. I can’t wait to make 100s more for my fiancé!

3 hour sous vide lemon spiced chicken. Then fried in my own recipe. Served with sautéed onion and mushrooms. Topped with envy apple slices and buttermilk ranch.....
