Tasty Spit Roasting Company, LLC is offering all friends and family on Facebook a 10% discount on all catering services booked in July for any event in the future. We roast pig, lamb, beef etc. and also do side orders such as shrimp pasta, garlic potatoes, grilled corn etc.

Tasty Spit Roasting Company is attending the Kemah Crawfish Festival this Friday through to Sunday. We will be roasting 2 pigs, BBQ steaks and lamb chops. We will be also making her specialty garlic roast potatoes, corn on the cob, green beans and bacon and Texas Toast. Come any day and mention Facebook friend to receive 10% discount on everything.

Last week Stacy and I went on a campaign around to some industrial parts of town. Stacy came up with the brilliant idea of building our bar for the business out of pellets. We got some awesome pellets that were being thrown out. I spent today putting together Stacy's idea once again. Tomorrow we are going to stain it before our event at the Texas Paw Party. So far the bar has cost us less than $5.

By orders of the CEO, Stacy Randall I have started building a 20 feet x 16 feet dance floor we are going to use for our events. Just finished putting a full gallon of primer on the boards. Next we are going to paint black and white checkered squares on there. I have to say after a 17 hour day my back is feeling the pain.

An awesome day yesterday for Sonja and Giovanni and their 30 family, friends and neighbors in Richmond, TX. Its awesome to work in a setting as beautiful as their backyard and house.
Stacy stayed up until 4 am preparing everything before sending me off to setup and cook a 33 lb pig for the group. We served roasted garlic potatoes, corn on the cob, strawberries, marshmallows and pretzels that could be dipped in chocolate in the pouring fondue.
I think we broke a record with a couple of the guys coming back for a 5th serving of the pig.
Reach out to us if you have an event coming up that you would like to have catered for. Believe us your friends and family will be talking about it for weeks after, it really is an experience we are giving that is hard to find anywhere here in the US let alone Houston.
