Joe’s Backyard Smoker Smoked various meats on a stick burning smoker to sale for friends and family. Our rubs are an in house creation.

I currently smoke primarily briskets but have branched out to tri-tips and sausage. Well meet for delivery in a 30min radius of my home.

I realize I haven’t posted in a few months but wanted to share what we have been up to. We are getting ready for a cook off this summer. In the meantime I was presented with an opportunity to teach some grilling classes at BBQ Grill People store on 1488 on Saturdays for the month of March. I will be starting around 10am so pop by for some lessons and samples.
