Star Anise, a beautiful dried fruit indigenous to China and Vietnam, is a spice that adds the to our Pokii sauce.

Rock Sugar, a common sweetner used in Asian cusuine, honey & cinnamon adds the sweet touch we all need.

Szechuan Pepper Corn, from the seeds of two species of the prickly ash shrub, included for added goosebumps.

These ingredients alongside garlic, ginger, soy, sake, and much more, create the most amazing flavors for your Pokii bowl!
