We are honored to serve the Pearland Oilers Football team for their Steak Dinner tomorrow night at the KoC Hall!

Tomorrow is our Annual Oiler Football Playoff Steak Night

Our boys worked hard all season and Steak Night is the
BIG KICKOFF to Playoffs for them to enjoy a BIG MEAL!
This is for all our Varsity Team, Support Staff and Scout Team players invited by Coach Gotte only.

ALL UNDERCLASSMEN are asked to bring a dessert of choice for the night. The boys have been told but we wanted to make sure you parents knew as well. We know sometimes those messages don't get relayed 100% of the time 😬.

(This is a closed to the public event but we will be sure to post photos for you all)

T-Shirt pick up will be in the front lobby from 4-6pm at The KC HALL. No extra purchases will be available at this time.
Next pick up date and option to purchase extra will be on Wednesday at The Rig from 6-7pm at The Spirit Trailer and on Friday from 5:30-7pm at the Spirit Trailer prior to the game.

Hello everyone, we've had a couple of requests for briskets for the holidays, so we're gonna fire up the pits in a couple of weeks. Let us know if you'd like a brisket, or two, or twelve! Certified Angus Beef ® brand briskets 10-12lbs raw weight, so you'll have 8-10lbs smoked for $140 each. Pickup would be on 11/26!

Yesterday we had the oppoturnity to feed the Houston Cougar Track and Field seniors, staff and families. We did Caesar salad, seared chicken cutlets in a mushroom cream sauce, sauteed green beans and garlic mashed potatoes. Thank you to my Teke brothers for helping out!
