Today’s highlight is the dripping prep method. Dripping is a common gravity assisted method for coffee brewing. According to the Specialty Coffee Association(SCA), for a single cup, 22 grams of medium grind coffee are initially immersed in 100 ml of hot water. Then 30 seconds later, 300 ml more of water is added. After three minutes, the extract is allowed dripping to enjoy a well-bodied, yet smooth flavored cup of coffee.
