Scott Sparks from Houston's Eagle made good on his promise to come try a Cowboy Pancake!

The Cowboy Pancake is our version of a Polish loaded baked potato! It’s a large potato pancake topped with slow cooked pulled pork, grilled onions, bacon, jalapeños, shredded cheese, barbecue sauce and sour cream. It was a happy accident that has turned into one of our best sellers!
