We’re kicking things off with three straight days of service this weekend, including our first test of the new Time Slot ordering system. You’ll be able to preorder your pizzas for a specific oven time, helping us create a smoother service and making sure those who planned for pizza don’t leave without it.

Hi Friends and Supporters!

First things first: THANK YOU for an absolutely enormous overall turnout at Pickin’ in the Park in August!

You showed up in a big, big way, and we felt the love all August long. This year’s run of Sicilian squares was a grand experiment for us, and watching this community embrace it with such enthusiasm was incredibly special. We are grateful to every single person who grabbed a slice, told a friend, came back for more, or waited patiently while we hustled to keep the pizza flowing. Keep an eye out for fun and creative Squares specials at our regularly scheduled events.

This week, we’re returning to our classic round pies for three straight days of pizza across the Western Slope:

You’ll also see us testing a brand-new Time Slot ordering system this weekend!

The idea is simple: you’ll be able to preorder your pizzas for a specific oven time slot, allowing you to make plans around your pizza and helping us make sure those who planned to come don’t leave empty-handed. PLEASE TEXT 970-596-4114 to secure your timeslot :)

This is our first weekend bringing the system into the wild, so please bear with us while we learn, adjust, and get it dialed in. We’re excited about what it could mean for shorter waits, a smoother service, and a more reliable way to get your hands on the pizza you came for.

Hi Friends and Supporters!
We’re closing out August with three straight days of pizza across the North Fork Valley!

It all starts tonight with the final Pickin’ in the Park of the season. You’ve shown up in a huge way for our Sicilian-style squares these past few weeks, and we’re bringing one last mountain of crispy-edged, cloudlike pan pizza to Paonia Town Park.

Then we’ll switch shapes and roll into the weekend with our classic naturally leavened pizzas at two of our favorite local watering holes.

Hi Friends and Supporters!
This week, all roads lead to Thursday.

We’re heading back to Pickin’ in the Park for Week Three of our Sicilian-style square takeover, and it’s your one public chance to catch Best Slope this week before we head out to cater private celebrations all weekend.

The first two Thursdays have been an absolute blast. You’ve shown up hungry, embraced the squares, and reminded us just how fun it is to try something new with this community. We appreciate it more than you know to see your faces out there!

We’re coming back with another mountain of naturally leavened pan pizza, crispy edges, fluffy middles, and a lineup of slices built for eating in the grass while live music floats through Paonia Town Park.

Another Monday is here friends! August is flying by, and we don't really know where to start with a little life update..... So here goes nothing!

We survived and persevered through an absolute wrecking ball of a July that tried to squash our spirits in just about every way imaginable. 🥵🌬️🌧️💨😤

When we turned the page into August, it was like a light switch flipped and things started finding their way back into alignment.

In the meantime, we launched our Sicilian-style pan slices, and you guys have absolutely shown out for them at pickininthepark these past couple Thursdays! We've got two more Thursdays of Pickin' before we settle back into our traditional popup flow, but keep an eye out for squares at events to come. Definitely let us know which ones you’ve liked the most!

We're perpetually grateful that this crazy pizza life is the one we get to live. Through the wrecking-ball months and the ones where everything seems to click, we continue to be inspired to show up, keep making cool s**t, and share the goodness with you fine peoples.

Thanks for continuing to show out for us. We feel it. ❤️🍕

Hi Friends and Supporters!

We’re gearing up for one glorious, pizza-packed week with three chances to catch Best Slope out in the wild.

First up, the squares return to Pickin’ in the Park this Thursday from 5–9 PM! You beautiful people helped us absolutely SLAY their debut by eating more than 400 slices. We’re coming back with more this week, and we’d love nothing more than to see if we can top that together.

On Saturday, we’re switching shapes and heading back to The Storm Cellar Winery from 2–7 PM with our classic, hand-stretched pizza offering. Settle into the Tasting Overlook with a glass of beautiful w**e, a naturally leavened pie, a few next-level noshes, and one of the finest views in the valley.

Then on Sunday, we’re making our triumphant return to Chrysalis Barrel Aged B**r from 1–7 PM. We’ll have hot sourdough pizzas, epic chocolate chip cookies, cold b**r nearby, and the kind of easygoing Paonia Sunday energy we’ve been missing.

Three days.
Three stops.
