Baba Java Coffee Specialty Coffee Roaster and Cafe We are a specialty roaster and cafe locate in the Chace Lake area of Hoover, AL.

Our goal is to not only provide the best coffee in town but to be a place where you feel welcome and at home. We will feature coffees from some great growing regions as well as the only place in town serving you coffee from the home of modern coffee roasting and processing, Yemen.

The Creamy Capp has espresso, simple syrup, and 8oz of milk. It's shaken and served neat, then topped with a dusting of cocoa powder.
