We are seeking a kitchen helper (part-time) to join our lunch and/or dinner staff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Food preparation and cooking
- Handles working in fast-paced environment
- Adheres to proper food handling procedures and safety/sanitation guidelines at all times
- Experience in the kitchen and basic culinary skills are preferred but not required.

We are seeking a highly-skilled sushi chef (part-time or full-time) to join our lunch and/or dinner staff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven experience working in upscale sushi restaurant
- Preparing various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelines on quality, portion size, presentation, and food safety.
- Is knowledgeable of and adheres to proper food handling procedures and safety/ sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Able to work individually and as a team member
- Able to work under pressure and stand for 6-8 hours
- Valid food handler’s license
- 2-month probation period for assessment and see if good fit for position (full-time only)
- Japanese fluency or basic knowledge is preferred
