Wendy's Cuban Bites will be at the LAST Steel Valley Farmers Market of the season TODAY from 3:00 PM-7:00 PM! I will be offering my mojo chicken plate that comes with congris and maduros. I will also have my yummy cream cheese and guava with cream cheese pastries if you want something sweet! See you soon!

Wendy's Cuban Bites will be at the Steel Valley Farmers Market on 08/05 from 3:00 PM-7:00 PM! I will be offering my ropa vieja plate that consists of shredded beef simmered in a rich tomato-based sauce with peppers, onions, and garlic. Additionally, the plate comes with congris and maduros. I will also have my yummy guava and cream cheese pastries if you want something sweet! See you soon!

I wanted to make this post to thank the staff and people of Baldwin for allowing me to be part of their community day on the Fourth of July and welcoming me so openly! I hope to serve more delicious food for the people of Baldwin Borough soon!

Now that the Baldwin Farmers Market season is over, I wanted to say something to the Baldwin Borough, thank you for making my first-ever vendor experience the best! I especially want to thank Cori for always providing everything I needed to be successful and being patient and kind every time I popped up at a market. I also want to thank for always lending me the equipment to keep my food warm and providing their kitchen to prep my food. I would check them out as they have the best Puerto Rican food in the city

I am delighted to share that I will have a Chef's Special this week at Secretos de mis Abuelos! The plate will include seasoned shredded beef, congris (a mixture of white rice and black beans), and fried sweet plantains. If you're in the mood for some delicious Cuban food, pass by the restaurant on Thursday or Sunday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM or Friday and Saturday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

I also want to thank the Secretos team for allowing me to showcase my cooking to the people of Pittsburgh. I hope to see you all there!

¡Estoy encantada de compartirles que esta semana tendré un Especial del Chef en Secretos de mis Abuelos! El plato incluirá ropa vieja, congris y plátanos maduros fritos.
