It seems like the summer is starting to slow down and the fall season approaching, La Casa De Monana’s FINAL DAY OPEN officially is TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 8th.

La Casa De Monana crew wants to thank everyone that came in this year as well as for another wonderful summer on the Spit too.

For Tuesday we will not have breakfast but will be open for lunch and dinner, lunner… linner? Anyyyways as usual we will be open from 12pm-8pm with a little lunch break for the crew at 3pm-4pm. HOWEVER please note we will have a limited menu for our last day!!

Thank you all again who came in during the summer, los queremos a todos. 🩵💛💜🩷

Hola Homer! 👋

We wanted to introduce a new item 🥳 our dear Chef Daniel has brought us Rock Nuggets! Our Rockfish transformed into fried nuggets which comes with up to 15 or 20 delicious pieces! 😋 Served along with our housemade chipotle ketchup sauce!

ALSO, La Casa De Monana will be opening tomorrow morning Friday August 21st, until Sunday August 23rd, FOR BREAKFAST too!!! 🎉 our hours those days will be from 5am- 8am. Though the breakfast will be **GRAB AND GO**. We will have breakfast burritos with egg and sausage or just egg, alongside with Chilaquiles rojos and or verdes (red and or green)

Come on over before the season ends familia 💕

Hola Homer! 👋

We have two chipotle dishes now available at the restaurant! YIPPEE!! 🥳

First up our new Smoky Chipotle Pork and Potato stew! It’s all in the name! A traditional Mexican dish, paired with rice and beans that despite its simplicity is absolutely delicious and comforting to eat on this foggy and cool day.

Secondly, and by popular demand our Chicken Tinga Tostadas have returned for a **LIMITED TIME ONLY**!! The housemade tostadas are topped with, of course, chipotle chicken and onions! Yummy!! 🤤 As you all can tell we love our chipotle here 😂 The dish also comes with rice and beans and the tostadas garnished with lettuce, sour cream, and queso fresco. Be sure to grab some if you can! We can’t be sure we can hold off our chefs from devouring it themselves 🤣

We’re open everyday except Wednesdays from 12pm to 3pm and then 4pm to 8pm.

Just an announcement Homer!

From here on, until the end of the season, we will be closing the restaurant shortly from **3pm to 4pm** for our crew to have a lunch break. 💜

ALSO, this upcoming Tuesday August 4th however we will be closed from 3pm to 6pm due to a private event we will be attending. Afterwards we will be open as usual. 🩷🩵

From Tita’s corner we have tamales dulces and rojos!! 😋 ❤️ Her tamales rojos have beef and delicious guajillo salsa meanwhile our dessert tamales dulces have sweet pineapple inside. 🍍😍

Of course we have a limited stock and once they’re sold out, we’re sold out. Even if the rain is in, so are the tamales. 😂 🫔

We know today is pretty cold and the sunshine hidden behind the clouds; however, we got our own ray of sunshine on a plate for this cloudy day. 🧡🩷

Our lovely pozole is back with housemade tostadas and if that doesn’t tickle your fancy then warm your bellies with jambalaya or our chili accompanied with our house-made bread and cowboy butter. As well as our delicious hearty spicy beef, also accompanied with house-made cowboy butter and bread. 🤠 🧈

Adding a mean spicy beef stew to the menu 🔥 🥵 . Beef and veggies stewed in a wine-based broth with habaneros. (Not for the faint of heart 😵 .) served with a slice of bread and cowboy butter 🤠 🧈 .
