At the Jax Shack, we never like to complain or make excuses. Each and everyday we try our best to produce high quality food made in house. We do not take short cuts as we all take pride in our job. We are not perfect and I know things happen.

However, it’s incredibly unfair that guests can leave a negative review on Google without even dining with us! This has happened twice recently and it’s extremely frustrating as a small business owner. We all take pride in having over 200 reviews and maintaining a 5 star rating! So, the fact that someone can leave us a 2 star and drop us to a 4.9 for our parking lot being FULL is absolutely ridiculous.

Thank you all for your continued support. We love our loyal customers like family!!
