We know it has been a while since we've posted but we have been busy behind the scenes. Our new website is live, and we want to start with an honest acknowledgment: our previous website fell short.

We know it frustrated customers, made ordering difficult, and kept some of you from trying us at. We’re truly sorry and share in your frustration. Your vacation grocery order should make life easier, and you deserved a better experience.

We listened to your feedback and partnered with a new development team to bring our vision and your needs together. The result is a brand-new site that’s easier to navigate, makes products easier to find, works smoothly on your phone or tablet, and simplifies reordering your favorites.

We’re still fine-tuning a few details, but this was such an improvement for our customers that we decided to launch while adding the finishing touches. We’d love to hear what you think.

Our new vacation bundles make shopping quicker, with options for family breakfasts, taco night, and arrival snacks. Our Beach House Essentials package also covers necessities people often overlook, like trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs—making your arrival easier, too.

We’re also partnering with local vendors so you can experience more of the great small businesses that make Anna Maria Island so special. Stay tuned for those announcements!

The Loaded Kitchen is a pre-arrival grocery shopping and delivery service for vacation rentals on Anna Maria Island. 🛒 🛍️

We shop at Publix, hand select your groceries, and deliver them directly to your rental all before you arrive. We even put everything away in the refrigerator, freezer, and pantry, so you can walk in and start enjoying your vacation instead of heading to the grocery store.

Here’s how it works:

• Place your grocery order on our website. www.theloadedkitchen.com

• Add at least $150 in groceries to your cart and check out immediately to save your spot. You’ll only be charged the $25 registration fee at that time, which reserves your delivery date.

• You can continue adding or editing your order up to 3 days before your arrival.

• A few days before your trip, we’ll start a group text with you and your assigned shopper. We’ll stay in touch about any substitutions and keep you updated throughout the shopping process.

• On your arrival day, we coordinate with your property management company or homeowner to access the property between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, so your groceries are already there waiting for you.

Our website prices are estimates because Publix prices and weekly sales can change. Your final bill is based on your actual Publix receipt, so you only pay for what we purchase. No third-party up charge. 

Our delivery dates fill up quickly, especially during busy travel weeks, so we always recommend reserving your spot as soon as possible.

Behind the scenes at The Loaded Kitchen.

Today is all about getting ready for another busy weekend.

The van is getting cleaned inside and out, every delivery bag is being washed, and all of our bins and equipment are being sanitized so everything is fresh and ready for our upcoming deliveries.

Most people only see the finished result when they arrive to a fully stocked kitchen, but a lot of work happens before that. Keeping everything clean, organized, and ready to go is just one more way we make sure every delivery meets our standards.

We’re getting everything prepped for another busy weekend on Anna Maria Island. We can’t wait to welcome another round of vacation guests.
