Just a heads up, the Holly market was cancelled today.

I also apologize to anyone who was looking for me in South Lyon yesterday. I had some things come up at the last minute that had to take priority.

MARKET CANCELED TODAY

Unfortunately we will have to cancel the market for today. I've been watching the radar very closely all night long. It looks as if the rain will be on and off all day. I apologize for any inconvenience. I know our vendors really would like to be there but we also cannot have their products get wet.

Next Sunday, October 26th is our last outdoor Market of the season. This will be a trick-or-treat event for the kiddos.

Indoor winter Market information will be posted later next week. A lot of changes are coming

Tasting some of the coffee that Big Red made last night! I've been doing a ton of roasting on the new roaster and I'm really happy with the coffee I'm getting. I know you will be too!

Saturday we'll be at the South Lyon Farmers & Artisans Market and Sunday we'll be at the Holly Farmers Market! This will be our last indoor weekend, and the next time you see us will be outside at the summer markets. So come taste some coffee this weekend!

Meet Big Red!

She's our brand-new (to us) Artisan 6M Fluid Bed Coffee Roaster, built by Coffee Crafters, and she's officially taking over as our production roaster! With triple the roasting capacity of our previous setup, she allows us to keep up with demand while continuing to bring you the same amazing coffee you've come to love.

After two years of farmers markets, we've officially outgrown our Aillio Bullet. We were incredibly lucky to find this Artisan roaster locally, and after weeks of practice (and lots of coffee), I’m thrilled with the results. I can’t wait for you—our fantastic customers—to taste what Big Red can do!
