🌯❤️ The warmer is stuffed FULL today! ❤️🌯

We’ve got Chorizo, Egg, Potato & Cheese Burritos hot and ready today—and this one comes with a whole lot of memories for us.

Growing up, we remember sitting in Grandpa & Grandma Casillas’ kitchen with all of our cousins, waiting for the chorizo, eggs and potatoes to get done. There was just something about being crowded together in that kitchen, smelling breakfast cooking and waiting for Grandma and Grandpa to tell us it was ready. ❤️

All these years later, it’s still one of our favorites—and we still love it when our Dad makes them for us!

Maybe that’s why these burritos mean a little more to us than just breakfast. They remind us of family, of growing up, and of the foods and traditions that have been passed down through the years.

It’s another little piece of our heritage that makes us…us. ❤️

🍂☕️ Wow… you all are loving the fall drink menu, and we couldn’t be happier!

Rachel and I spent part of our evening making lots more pumpkin and apple syrup so we can keep those fall favorites coming! 🎃🍎

☕🤎 Around here, we like to do things a little differently.

We could order our cold brew from a supplier, have it delivered, and call it a day. But that just wouldn’t feel like us.

Instead, we start with our small-batch roasted Honduras blend and make our cold brew right here in-house, fresh every few days.

Is it a little more work? Yep. 😊
But we think it’s worth it.

It means we know exactly what’s going into your cup. It means smaller, fresher batches. And most importantly, it means we’re serving you something we made ourselves and are proud to put our name on.

There’s just something about doing things the old-fashioned way—taking a little extra time, paying attention to the details, and making something good for the people who support our little shop. 🤎

So the next time you grab one of our cold brews, just know there was a whole lot of care behind that cup.

And we wouldn’t have it any other way. 🤎
