We aren’t serving today BUT, we have a few new menu items we just finished perfecting for this week at the Barn Festival!

For all of our new followers, here’s what we do!

🔥Fresh roasted salsas
🔥Hand-Pressed Tortillas
🔥Live fire Santa~Maria Grilling

We guarantee these tacos are unlike anything you’ve ever had, A fresh earthy corn flavor from the tortilla - The Santa-Maria grill gives a great Smokey charcoal flavor, paired with fresh salsa.

Is it easy to individually press hundreds and hundreds of tortillas? Or constantly manage a live fire, avoiding hotspots and burning.. The answer is no, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We put so much work into our final product, we love that you guys can appreciate and tell the difference!
