🚛💨 RESCHEDULED!

🚛💨I fried a whole chicken in pure beef tallow. 🍗

Family meal tonight, cooked in Tallow Gold from Liquid Gold No additives, no preservatives. Just crispy skin and juicy meat.

Fair warning: this chicken is for family meal only. It’s not on the menu at the shop, so don’t come looking for fried chicken. 😂 What you can buy is the tallow, so you can make it at home.

What are you frying with? Tell me below 👇
Comment GOLD if you want in on the tallow life 👏🏻

🚛💨Boil it. Then fry it. Yes, really. 🍝🔥

Tortellini that’s soft inside and shatter-crisp outside, with ricotta, sweet and sour bacon jam, and our dope sauce.

Pasta purists will hate this. Everyone else will fight over the last one.

Crispy or soft, which side are you on? 👇

🚛💨Move over, fried mac & cheese… tortellini just took the crown. 👑🍝
We’re taking cheese-stuffed tortellini, frying them in beef tallow for that ultimate crispy crunch, and pairing them with sweet & savory ricotta bacon jam. 🥓🧀
To top it off? A heavy drown in our Dope Sauce—house cheese sauce loaded with sautéed scallions. 🤤🔥
