I diced up some apples, poured on some sweetened condensed milk, and put a crisp/struesel topping on it and baked it. Wish I had some vanilla ice cream for it now! 😋

Hubby messed up kind of big time. It was an honest mistake, but it did cost us what we didn't have and I'm a bit disappointed about it, but I'm not mad. He must think I am, though, because he never just goes out and mows our grass without me saying, hey, the grass needs mowed, and he is out there doing it. Should I milk this just a bit longer and see what else I can get from him, or just tell him it's not that big of a deal? I mean, I could think of a few things...😂😂😂
