Stop number four on our trip was the Amazon Rainforest! We journeyed from Baños to just past Tena to explore.

We started at the swing at the end of the world that brought me a joy I haven’t experienced from an adventure in a long time. Joy of just being alive.

Then we entered the Amazon. We got to our river lodge to drop our bags off before jumping into a boat and going down the river to an indigenous community where we watched demonstrations, made chicha, shot blow darts and more!

We ended this day with a night hate that, transparently, I hated. But now that I’m alive with all of my limbs, I’m glad I did it.

🚨IMPORTANT UPDATE TO OUR 10/10 HIKE🚨 Ladies, please share!

Due to high numbers of ticks and the start of hunting season, I’m moving the Saturday 10/10 hike to LOST HILL TRAIL on the north side of Springfield.

PARK AT TRUMAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL!

This out and back ends up being just over 5 miles. It’s paved but has some beautiful scenery along the path.

Afterward, we’ll meet back at the Fremont Hills location. Whatever You Want food truck will be there at noon or you can grab food along the way back there!

✨NEW POST✨

This month I did something that I have dreamt of for most of my life. I brought a group of people together to travel somewhere incredible! Empowering and connecting people is one of my greatest passions and I feel like I got to tie that together with my great love for travel with the world's greatest group of women.

THANK YOU to all the women who came on this trip, who made this trip what it was. Thank you to everyone who made me doing this work possible and honestly, thank you to myself for never quitting on my dreams.

To be honest, I don’t really remember my life without wanderlust. The first thing I wanted to be, at the age of 5, was a world wildlife photographer. Once I was older, I realized that my passion wasn’t the animals, or even the photography – although, I do still love to document my adventures ....

Stop number two in Ecuador was Cotopaxi National Park! I love an adventure and mountain biking here was absolutely intense!

The ride was much harder than anticipated because of dry conditions but it was an adventurous challenge. Mountain biking for the first time at elevation maybe wasn’t the smartest thing I’ve ever done. But it was absolutely a rush!

We ended our day here with a lunch beside a creek with a view of Cotopaxi. It was a simple meal that tasted so incredible and we all laughed so hard together during that meal.

Ecuador was a dream and I’m so stoked I got to experience this with these incredible women.

FIFTY TWO WOMEN STRONG TONIGHT!

On our first full day of fall these amazing women gathered to welcome in the season and hit the trail! We did a moderate hike in Busiek State forever and all these women killed it!

This group is everything I need and more on a Wednesday night! Love you all!
